Membership of the Library is free and available to all residents of the Queabeyan-Palerang Regional Council area.
When joining online you will need to visit your library within 3 months of registering to verify your identification, receive your library membership card and obtain full membership privileges. This digital membership will allow access to our online resources.
You will receive an email with your temporary member number and password.
