An original black and white Post Card photograph of Wallace Street Braidwood, looking north from Duncan Street corner, showing Le Maistre's Butcher Shop on the corner diagonally opposite at 116; J. Styles Saddler, two doors up is F.H. Dowell Ironmonger at No. 145; Sutton's draperry at No. 132; the Bank of NSW; Literary Institute and the Post Office. A horse and buggy stand at the saddler's. The shaded sign on the right indicates that Pooley & Malone care hire business is operating out of the Albion Hotel centre. A.E. Brown's Bakery is on the opposite corner. Earlier Pooley had a horse & carriage hire at the Royal Hotel.

Summary
An original black and white Post Card photograph, in good condition, being wrapped in cellophane. The red "4" in the stamp corner indicates this is No.4 of 10 Post Cards depicting Braidwood scenes donated by Mr & Mrs Marsden (or a relative) in 1988.
